Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring

VirtualOutcomes has published a new module to support pharmacies to engage with the ABPM part of the Hypertension Case Finding Service.

The challenges some pharmacies are facing have been recognised so the module is designed to give people top tips to maximise the service.  This is also vital given the upcoming bundling requirements with Pharmacy First from October. Currently the VirtualOutcomes modules are free to all pharmacy teams in Devon as Community Pharmacy Devon funds this resource.
