Community Pharmacy Resilience Mentoring and Coaching Programme

The Resilience Mentoring and Coaching programme is designed to support contractors to enhance the resilience of their pharmacy business, protecting the community pharmacy network to provide a full range of services from community pharmacies.

It will help the pharmacy team contribute to the local heath economy, collaborating as neighbourhood teams. This works towards the vision for pharmacy in the NHS Ten-Year Plan, will better meet the needs of your local community and will see the pharmacy business grow in terms of turnover and profit. You can watch a video which provides an overview of the resilience support programme here.

To apply for the programme, please fill in the form and return to admin@cpdevon.org.uk. **Please note that due to very limited spaces the form needs to be returned as soon as possible.**

A Look Back at the Community Pharmacy Devon Conference

Our recent Community Pharmacy Devon conference (Resilience in Action) took months of planning and organising but it all came together in the end!

We had a broad range of speakers delivering talks on a wide range of topics from the 10-year plan and how it affects pharmacy to the future for community pharmacy clinical services, the use of AI technology in community pharmacy, Independent prescribing, and maximising pharmacy services. This led to conversations about how to best utilise your pharmacy team and ensure your business is fit for the future. The event was excellently presented by Janice Perkins, Pennine ACT and chair of Greater Manchester LPC.

The day was rounded off with an award ceremony that celebrated local pharmacy heroes!

Overall the conference proved to be a great success and received plenty of positive feedback from both speakers and attendees.
