EPS Nominations – Respecting Patient Choice
|
There has recently been a spate of complaints about EPS nominations. We’d like to remind all pharmacy teams that it is essential that EPS nominations always reflect the patient’s informed choice, and changes are made only at the patient’s explicit request. Please read the recent letter from the pharmacy team at the SW Collaborative Commissioning Hub with links to CPE guidance.
