Consultation Structure and Note Taking Techniques for Pharmacy First

An online (Zoom) session will take place on Tuesday February 20^th 2024, 7.00 pm – 8.30 pm.

Looking to provide Pharmacy First services and want to make sure your consultation notes are ready with the relevant information to be included in a patient’s primary care health record? Want to develop your consultation skills to ensure you deliver structured Pharmacy First interventions and get the history you need from patients? Then our upcoming online Community Pharmacy Devon training evening is for you!

Over the course of the evening we will ensure you have the tools to make high quality records of your Pharmacy First consultations and discuss:

• The clinical interview and consultation structures
• Taking a comprehensive history
• Documentation requirements
• How to make excellent notes for addition to a patient’s medical record as part of pharmacy first

There will also be time for questions and general discussion with members of the Community Pharmacy Devon team, about the Pharmacy First Service.
