Activity data to date & extension to scheme

Further to the training session in February 2018 the inhaler use review pilot scheme will be extended to include further support for people with COPD going into winter months.

The current consultation covers inhaler technique reviews, spacer supply and smoking cessation and going forward additional points regarding rescue packs and pulmonary rehabilitation will be built in to the scheme.

The current activity to date has been recorded on pharm-outcomes and data from existing reviews will be presented.

We would encourage you to send at least two members of staff per pharmacy

Cancellation of booking policy: If you don’t turn up to an event despite booking a place or giving three days’ notice of cancellation in writing, the LPC will send out an invoice for £50.00 for each place booked where no attendance is made.

The meeting is supported by GlaxoSmithKline UK and Pfizer Innovative Health UK through provision of an exhibition stand. Please note that these companies will have no input into the design or content of the event or agenda. Attendees will have no access to golf or leisure facilities only the function room is in use.
