The Wider Devon Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) sets out ambitious plans to improve health and care services for people across Devon within a 5 year vision. Educational Leads across the Devon STP footprint have been meeting collaboratively to discuss the educational needs of the workforce to support these plans and Heath Education England (HEE) have allocated funds through the STP to support educational events to be facilitated across the Peninsula at various sites to support STP priorities.
