It will give you the tools to help start conversations with people within your pharmacy about their health, allowing you and your team to promote a healthier lifestyle to everyone.

Assessment Process
At the end of the course, there are 30 multiple choice questions to answer in a timed exam setting (at your pharmacy) 20 questions need to be answered successfully to pass the course. The exam paper will be sent to the invigilating Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician. Once the candidate has completed the paper it is sent back for marking by the RSPH. If the candidate is successful, they will receive a certificate from the RSPH that can be put in the pharmacy’s HLP folder.
The course is designed to be completed online at the convenience of the candidate and can be accessed via tablet, computer, laptop or mobile device. Some parts will need to be printed as there are exercises to do along the way, but the candidate can work through at their own pace.
Places on the course are funded, offering a valuable opportunity for participants (maximum of two per pharmacy). In the event that a candidate is unable to complete the course within twelve months, the business may be asked to contribute towards the cost.
