Help support patients to get their blood pressure checked

Around one third of adults in the UK have high blood pressure which rarely has noticeable symptoms but if untreated, increases the risk of heart attack and stroke.  Know Your Numbers week (5-11 September) raises the importance of getting your blood pressure checked. This is a great opportunity for community pharmacies to support this campaign, talk to patients about their blood pressure and offer NHS blood pressure checks to over 40s.
