Hypertension Case Finding Service

Training modules are now available to support the delivery of the Hypertension Case-Finding Service. This training is FREE to community pharmacy teams in Devon.
- Module 1 – To support the whole pharmacy team to understand the background to the service and why it is so important that they get involved in promoting to their patients and community (20 mins)
- Module 2 – To support the pharmacist who will deliver the service to understanding the requirements. This also includes a look at the different results and how to respond (15 mins)
