Revised South West Temporary Suspension of Service Policy

The South West Temporary Suspension of Service Policy was implemented in the region in November 2022. This has now been updated and will be implemented across the South West with effect from the 1 April 2025. Please click here to see the revised policy titled, South West Community Pharmacy Local Policy for Temporary Suspension of Service v4.0. A summary of the key updates to the policy are included at the front of the document. It will supersede any previous versions of the policy.  A copy of the SW Resilience Guide, display notices to support contractors who have closed, and those contractors supporting locally when a contractor has had to close, are available to access here.  Please ensure you read the updated policy and share the policy and additional resources with your pharmacy team.
