Community Pharmacy Devon AGM and Special Meeting on the model constitution.

The CPD Committee will be holding their AGM on Monday 19th October 2026.  This will be a virtual meeting held on MS Teams to discuss the annual report and vote on the accounts.  Start time 7.15 pm, the agenda can be viewed here. (to follow)

A Special General Meeting will be held alongside the Community Pharmacy Devon as there have been changes to the Model Constitution.   This will provide the opportunity for contractors to discuss the changes and to vote.

The AGM will also include a vote to approve a revised constitution for Community Pharmacy Devon.  These amendments are to align with the new revised Model LPC Constitution (2026) recommended by CPE and includes several small changes to address ambiguities and make minor improvements.  The Community Pharmacy Devon committee has reviewed the changes and recommend the new constitution for approval.  The committee have requested to summon a Special General Meeting (SGM) for contractors to vote on the revision, as per the process within the current constitution; this will take place within the AGM.  The proposed constitution is available to view on the Community Pharmacy Devon website (to follow)
